Job Description:
- Ensure sales, marketing and market share.
- Maintain loyalty of existing clients.

Operations Clerk (Port Klang and Johor Bahru)
Job Description:
- Preparing of shipping documentation import and export, including customs forms.
- Able to declare custom form K1, K2, K3 & K8 and obtained KEK certificate.
- Liaise with clients regarding import and export matters.
- Monitor the release of import and export shipments to consignees.
- Book transportation for cargo delivery.
- Coordinate with authorities for cargo and customs clearance.
- Ensure proper documentation for filing and billing purposes.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
- Collect third-party bills to support invoicing documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
- least 1 year of experience (preferably with exposure to the logistics industry).
- Capable of declaring paperwork in the customs system, including K1, K2, K3, and K8 forms and possess a KEK certificate.
Lorry Driver (Shah Alam & JB)
Job Description:
- Ensure cargo is delivered to the right place, right time and in good condition.
- Ensure truck is in good condition such as tires, lights, brakes. engine oil and water level.
- To ensure no complaint from customers.
- Maintain telephone contact with Supervisor to receive delivery instruction.
- Support and attach all documents related movement of truck for billing purposes.
- To comply with safety requirements to achieve zero accidents.
- To maintain company properties in good condition to achieve zero breakdown on the road.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks or errands as assigned by management.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
- Valid GDL or GDL/E driving license.
Temporary Clerk - Credit Department (Shah Alam)
Job description:
- Responsible in execution of handling debt collections activities and being expeditor in resolving debts collection issues (if any) whichever means within stipulated time to ensure debts collections processes are accomplished.
- Responsible in handling system and posting all invoices into account receivables to ensure monthly reports are captured accurately in a timely manner.
- Handling credit evaluation for existing or new client process.
- Assisting other credit controllers in the department as and when necessary.
- Performing ad hoc tasks or errands as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate in logistics or supply chain/ proven experience in shipping logistics or a similar role is a plus.
